Rugby league. Who needs it?

You’ve got to feel a form of pity for some of the Neanderthals who play rugby league and, for that matter, some other sports.

The comment on the Four Corners Exposé which best summed up the problem was the young guy who said the problem (in NZ) would have been negated if the players had put the woman in a taxi and not called her a whatever. “It’s how you treat them afterwards, not during the act,” he said.

This just beggars belief and indicates that it’s not rugby league that has to clean up its act, but our society.
